Services We Offer

  • Maintenance and Repair – STAC is available from 7:00 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday for service calls - contact campusaccess@lmu.edu. For after hours support, please contact Public Safety at 310.338.2893 or public.safety@lmu.edu.
  • Security Infrastructure Evaluation – STAC offers security infrastructure evaluations to the LMU Westchester and Playa Vista campuses. The department will conduct an evaluation by coordinating a vulnerability assessment with Public Safety and the requestor, coordinating with Public Safety investigations to review the assessment and identify the investigatory needs, and draft a report that includes any security infrastructure recommendations. Please note, evaluations will not be conducted Jan 5th - 20th, May 1st – 15th, or during the months of August and September due to increased service calls.   
  • Access Plan Audit – STAC offers access plan audits to the Westchester and Playa Vista campuses. For many departments, it is important to periodically review who has access to given spaces and doors. STAC will provide a report showing who has access to doors or locks, and will work with the department/requestor to update the access plan to meet current needs after review. Please note, audits will be conducted only once per calendar year and will not be conducted Jan 5th - 20th, May 1st – 15th, or during the months of August and September due to increased service calls.
